Rune Stone Sets

Runes have been used since ancient times as a method of divination. A person who uses stones to divine the future is called a "Rune Caster". Different Rune casters prefer different methods of using Runes for divination. Personally, I will pick up my bag of runes, concentrate on a problem, concern, or just a question, and then draw a rune out of the bag. I'll then look up the meaning to interpret the rune I drew.

Others draw runes similar to Tarot cards and may draw a rune for the current situation, past situations, and future outcome.

Still others cast them in a more traditional way on a white cloth is laid down and used to determine the shoat or direction of the casting. They will focus on the question or problem, then the entire set is drawn and cast upon the cloth. After casting the stones, the ones that have fallen right side up are read and how they are arranged will give them the answer to their question. This method, I admit, I have yet to master.
