Essential Oils Used: Orange, Lime, and Cardamom. Each bottle is unique with a band of different stones and beads around the neck.

You could use this oil in several ways. You could use it to dress a green candle (health) or a red candle (power/energy), and light it to help draw energy back to you that you have depleted.

You could anoint your chakra points, and then lie down. Go into a light trance, and picture opening up your chakra points, using the oil to help open and absorb the energy into your body. Then let energy from the Goddess and God flow through the points and into your body. Picture the energy curling into a ball and storing in your Chi area. (roughly stomach/waistline). I normally picture the energy as white (from God) and Green (from the Goddess) and spiraling together in my Chi.

When finished, close your chakra points and come out of a trance, feeling your energy restored.
